Returns

Damaged or defective items within 30 days

We want every print to arrive exactly as it should. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right. This page explains when a return applies and how to start one.

When you can return an item

If your print arrives defective or damaged, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving it. Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we handle these cases individually rather than through a generic exchange process.

Please keep a photo. To help us resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund, we ask for a clear photo showing the damage or defect. It lets us see what happened and improve how future orders are packed.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order reference and a short description of the problem.
  3. Attach a photo of the defect or damage, including the packaging if it was affected in transit.
  4. We will review your request and confirm the next step, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

Refunds and replacements

Once a defect or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item or a refund of the amount you paid. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

A note on made-to-order pieces

As each print is produced individually for your order, we are generally unable to accept returns simply because of a change of mind. This does not affect your legal rights, and it does not affect your right to a remedy where an item arrives faulty or damaged.
