Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These terms govern your use of climbprints.com and any order you place with Climb Prints. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to what is set out below. Please read it before you order.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm the order and begin production. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because of a fault in the listing or a supply issue, we may decline it and will refund any amount already taken.

Made to order

Our prints are produced individually for you after your order is confirmed. Because each piece is created specifically for your purchase rather than held in stock, production begins shortly after payment and orders cannot always be changed once that has started. If you need to amend an order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will help where production allows.

Pricing and availability

Prices, sizes, materials and the range on offer may change over time, and items may be added or withdrawn. We take care to describe products accurately, but slight variation in colour and finish is normal for printed work and between different screens. Where a clear pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before accepting the order.

Intellectual property

The artwork, elevation renderings, layouts, wording and branding on this site are owned by Climb Prints or used with permission. Buying a print gives you the physical item for personal enjoyment; it does not transfer any rights in the designs. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our artwork for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could damage the service or other visitors.

Liability

We provide the site and our products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
